The hotel room had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer which was very helpful for our family of four. However, the room was small, and the mattress was too firm for our liking. It was definitely not clean upon arrival with trash still on the floor. On the bright side, the room was very clean overall, and the greeters outside were very helpful. The security of the parking garage was reassuring.

The hotel's location was great, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to walk to restaurants. However, parking and unloading the car was a bit ridiculous.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen and living area, but unfortunately, it wasn't well maintained with noisy beds and dirty floors. The service was extra nice and helpful, but there were some issues with housekeeping. The location was great, right on the beach, but the heavy traffic from the pool area made it a bit wet. The dining experience was lovely at Bay View, but not so great at the 2nd Ave. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
